Before you write

A few details save a round trip: for an order, your order number and the email address you ordered with; for a product, the product name or item code from its page. Our suppliers' catalogues are much larger than what is listed here, so if you are looking for something you cannot find, describe the piece, the room and the dimensions you need.

More detail is on our Contact page.
