Contact

Write to us at suzett@designsbycf.com. We read every message and reply within two business days.

CF Shop is online only — there is no showroom to visit. Everything is handled by email, and we deliver in person.

What to include

A few details save a round trip:

  • About an order — your order number and the email address you ordered with.
  • About a product — the product name or item code from the product page.
  • Looking for something not on the site — our suppliers' catalogs are much larger than what's listed here. Describe the piece, the room, and the dimensions you need. Photos help. We'll tell you whether we can get it and what it would cost.
  • Matching a colour or finish — screens render colour differently. Tell us what you're matching to and we'll confirm before you buy.

Something arrived damaged

Look the piece over at delivery, while we're still with you. If something's wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

We resolve these case by case — repair, replacement or credit — at no cost to you. Keep the packaging until we've replied; it usually matters for the claim with our supplier.

Trade enquiries

Designers, architects and hospitality buyers: write to the same address about pricing on larger or repeat orders, and about pieces our suppliers carry that aren't listed online. Tell us your studio or firm and what you typically specify.

Good to know

  • We deliver in the Central Valley — San José, Heredia, Alajuela and Cartago — and we do it ourselves, not through a courier. Outside that area, email us before ordering.
  • Delivery is included in the price, to your door or building entrance.
  • Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 weeks. Nothing is stocked locally; each piece is imported for your order.
  • All sales are final, and orders can't be cancelled once placed. If anything is uncertain before you buy — sizing, finish, care, timing — write to us first and we'll help you decide.
